Langkah 5: Kurangkan Garam
- Kurangkan makan ikan masin, telur masin dan sayur masin.
- Hadkan daging yang diproses seperti sosej, daging dalam tin.
- Hadkan snek yang kurang berkhasiat dan tinggi garam seperti keropok, makanan berawet dan jeruk.
- Gunakan perasa asli seperti rempah ratus, herba dan limau nipis berbanding garam, sos soya, sos tiram, sos cili atau sos tomato.
