Langkah 5: Kurangkan Garam


  • Kurangkan makan ikan masin, telur masin dan sayur masin.
  • Hadkan daging yang diproses seperti sosej, daging dalam tin.
  • Hadkan snek yang kurang berkhasiat dan tinggi garam seperti keropok, makanan berawet dan jeruk.
  • Gunakan perasa asli seperti rempah ratus, herba dan limau nipis berbanding garam, sos soya, sos tiram, sos cili atau sos tomato.

Yes, makan less garam, not good.
